Campana Insurance offers employees additional and voluntary benefits to further protect their income and families. Voluntary benefits are deducted from payroll and benefit dollars are paid directly to the employee from Aflac.

Your voluntary plan provides lump-sum cash benefits to help cover out-of-pocket expenses associated with critical illness. This policy helps to provide benefits for heart attack, stroke, coronary artery by-pass surgery, major organ transplant and end stage renal failure. You may have the ability to sign up under a guaranteed issue, if you have not waived coverage previously. This means, coverage may be obtained with no medical questions be asked.
Accident Insurance
Aflac offers an optional accident insurance provided by New Horizons Baking Company. Your voluntary benefit pays cash benefits directly to the insured to help cover out-of-pocket expenses associated with an accidental injury. Your policy provides benefits that correspond with the treatment of accidental injuries including hospitalization, emergency treatment, intensive care, fractures, and more.
Hospital Indemnity
Aflac offers an optional Hospital Indemnity insurance provided by New Horizons Baking. Your voluntary plan provides lump-sum cash benefits to help cover out-of-pocket expenses associated with confinement to a hospital. This policy helps to provide benefits for hospital conferment for any reason – sickness or injury. If an employee enrolls, this insurance is guarantee issue which means NO medical questions are asked to enroll regardless of your current health status.
