Your voluntary benefit pays cash benefits directly to the insured to help cover out-of-pocket expenses associated with an accidental injury. Your policy provides benefits that correspond with the treatment of accidental injuries including hospitalization, emergency treatments, intensive care, fractures, and more.

Hospital Indemnity

Guardian offers optional Hospital Indemnity insurance provided by New Horizons Baking. Your voluntary plan provides lump-sum cash benefits to help cover out-of-pocket expenses associated with confinement to a hospital. This policy helps to provide benefits for hospital conferment for any reason – sickness or injury. If an employee enrolls, this insurance is guarantee issue which means NO medical questions are asked to enroll regardless of your current health status.
